The goal of this course is to have you enter retail with the right model for you — a plan whose risk you're comfortable with, vetted numbers, a lease that protects you, a buildout you understand, and contingencies for the unexpected — so your dream never becomes a nightmare.

The program is built as an interactive HTML, that you can adjust and change as you go. (All key components are also included as PDF, Excel, and/or Word files as well). In addition, you'll have access to walk-through videos for each module, monthly live sessions and the ability to email us any time.
Methodology
We want to hear from you. This is not a theoretical discussion but instead a collaborative build. The program begins with an interview to assess your wants, risk level, experience and investment options, then it recommends the best type of retail for you. Based on the chosen model, the program will walk you through creating a plan including financials, buildout, merchandise sourcing and lease agreements. Want to consider another option? Chose a new model and run it again.
